In this position you can expect to work on site at the Denver International Airport 5 days per week.
Vehicle Intake Administrator schedules consist of five 8-hour shifts per week:
Swing Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Employees assigned to the swing shift receive a 7% pay differential.
What You’ll Do
Denver International Airport (DEN) is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join the Fleet Management Team.
The Fleet Administrator Support Assistant III is an administrative role within the fleet management customer service team. This position is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and processing vehicle maintenance and repair work orders, while providing a variety of administrative and office support functions. The role requires a strong customer service focus and the ability to support day-to-day fleet operations efficiently.
Fleet Administrator duties are as follows:
Generates work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and distributes to proper destinations in adherence to guidelines/standards.
Coordinates with fleet technicians, liaisons, planners, and customers to ensure clear and concise data capture and entry into work orders.
Works directly with customers and technical staff to acquire clear/concise information when generating work orders.
Interacts with City personnel, vendors, and contractors to facilitate completion of data entry or functional related projects.
Updates and ensures various tracking documents are up to date and accurate.
Collaborate with fleet customer service technicians to determine priority of work orders to be executed by fleet customer service technicians.
Provide other administrative assistance when needed to others such as (e.g., fleet liaisons, planners, and managers).
What You’ll Bring
Our ideal candidate has some or all the following experience, skills, and characteristics:
Excellent communication skills for communicating with customers and vendors daily
Experience performing clerical and data entry in an Automotive or Heavy trucking outfit
Automotive/Equipment parts and component familiarity
Customer service experience
Required Minimum Qualifications
Education requirement: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
Experience Requirement: Two (2) years of clerical experience.
Education/Experience Equivalency: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirement.
