What You Will Do
The Billing Packet Coordinator is responsible for packaging and delivering complete billing packets—including reports and certified payroll—to customers requiring comprehensive documentation. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely submission to support prompt customer payment. You will coordinate invoice packaging activities across both fire and HVAC domains, ensuring efficiency, cost effectiveness, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $25.00-30.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market
