FinOps Coordinator

The coordinator will assist the Financial Operations DBI team in monitoring customer invoice deliveries, resolving invoice interface issues, and providing audit support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Invoice Delivery: monitor systems to ensure that invoices are delivered to customers and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Invoice Interface Errors: Work with the different teams to resolve issues in generating invoices.
  • Collaboration with other WFS Inc departments to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of exception conditions
  • Keep management apprised of issues and concerns while responding timely and accurately
  • Maintain reports and logs intended to ensure completeness of incoming data, track status of exceptions, ensure regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate cross functionally to improve the department’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
  • May involve testing changes to our existing system as subject matter experience increases
  • Over time, and as subject matter experience increase, may become involved in training and assisting new and existing associates on new processes or current processes, as needed.
  • Other Duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have polished communication skills with a strong sense of customer service
  • Must be capable with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Must be able to work autonomously, as well as with team members, in a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-cultural environment
  • Must be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
  • Excellent English level (B2 or higher)
  • Good Excel Knowledge
  • Experience with Oracle R12 is a nice to have
  • Must have a well develop skill of attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Logistics industry billing experience preferred
  • 1 year in the current position (internal candidates)
