The Opportunity:
Lead a team of technical experts responsible for operating and enhancing a suite of business systems supporting Booz Allen’s Finance Systems with a focus on Deltek Costpoint. Lead the design and continuous improvement of Costpoint and other finance systems to support the evolution of business needs and technology capabilities. Develop, own, and execute product roadmaps. Engage with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and backlog prioritization. Assume responsibility for leading discussions with the business to elicit system improvements, translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and devise the best technical solution for integrations and configurations to ensure system operability and scalability. Implement agile software development best practices to maintain and modernize systems. Oversee the development of integrations between Costpoint and external systems, including Ivalua. Continuously review technical and business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
You Have:
8+ years of experience performing complex business analysis and requirements definition in a government contracting environment
8+ years of experience with using, managing, or implementing ERP systems to support government contractors, such as Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense
8+ years of experience with Product Management and building roadmaps
Knowledge of finance business processes, such as General Ledger, Project Costing, Asset Management, Timesheet and Labor Accounting
Knowledge of accounting processes used by government contractors
Ability to understand complex financial processes and partner with our internal financial clients to identify issues, define requirements, and develop solutions
Ability to collaborate closely with functional stakeholders, end users, and leads on configurations and solutioning modules with Ivalua
Ability to function as coach and mentor to team members
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of the Deltek Costpoint data model and Deltek configurations
Ability to use SQL to troubleshoot issues and research solutions within Deltek Costpoint
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Deltek Costpoint or ERP Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
