Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Financial Services Manager (FSM) to join our team in Western Canada.
The Financial Services Manager (FSM) operates within a defined district and serves as Nissan’s primary point of contact with Dealership Business Managers. This role functions as a hands-on business consultant focused on strengthening relationships, improving dealership performance, and supporting the sale and success of all Nissan Canada Programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealership leadership to grow Business Office sales, focusing on NCESI and NCF products.
Deliver in-dealership and classroom training on product knowledge, sales techniques, systems, and processes.
Analyze Dealer performance data and execute strategies to grow product penetration, CPO engagement, and customer retention.
Monitor competitive F&I programs and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
Support Dealers in achieving Voice of the Customer (VOC) objectives through process improvements and action plans.
Who We’re Looking For:
Required:
Minimum 5 years of business experience, including at least 2 years in automotive financing or Business Office roles.
Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and training skills.
Broad knowledge of Finance and Insurance products, competitive offerings, and dealership operations.
Ability to perform the duties from one of the provinces stated above.
Travel required within assigned district.
Desired:
Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Tableau experience is an asset.
Proven ability to influence without authority and support cross-functional field teams.
Strong analytical skills for reporting, performance monitoring, and business planning.
