Recruiter, Technical & Corporate Recruiting

Remote - USA Full Time

The Clover Recruiting team is driven by a central mission: to build a diverse, values-driven, and high-performing workforce by attracting top talent and delivering an authentic, transparent candidate experience. We bring together people from backgrounds as varied as engineering and nursing to tackle the world’s most complex problem: healthcare.

We are looking for a highly versatile Recruiter to join our Talent team. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of functions - from technical roles like software engineering and data science to business and strategy positions. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to jump into new domains, quickly build context, and drive searches forward with confidence.

The ideal candidate is both crafty and resourceful, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp quickly on unfamiliar roles. You bring a strong foundation in recruiting along with fluency in AI tools and data-driven sourcing strategies, using them to enhance speed and precision at the top of the funnel. At the same time, you understand that closing exceptional talent requires a human touch - building trust, assessing nuanced fit, and compellingly articulating the opportunity.

As a Recruiter, you will:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (eng, IT, data) and corporate functions (strategy, finance, legal, operations), partnering with senior leadership to design strategic hiring plans and effective job descriptions.
  • Develop distinct sourcing strategies for passive talent - adapting your pitch for engineers motivated by craft and mission as well as ex-consulting professionals weighing impact against structured career paths.
  • Build and maintain creative yet structured interview frameworks appropriate for each hiring track, including coordination with technical assessment platforms and case-based interview design for corporate roles.
  • Be a strategic advisor to hiring managers: help them scope roles, set the quality bar, and hold teams accountable to an equitable, rigorous interview process.
  • Master the data by leveraging Greenhouse to identify pipeline bottlenecks, build performance dashboards, and drive meaningful process improvements.
  • Enhance the Clover talent brand to attract mission-aligned candidates across both technical and corporate audiences.
  • Collaborate across People Operations on large-scale projects, mentor junior team members, and help evolve our talent acquisition strategy.

Success in this role looks like:

  • 90 Days: Deep relationships with hiring managers across both tracks, Greenhouse mastered, a healthy pipeline of 10–15+ qualified candidates per role, and first 1–2 offers extended.
  • 6 Months: Measurable improvements in time-to-fill and candidate quality for niche technical and corporate roles; recognized as a thought partner by engineering and strategy leadership; contributing to a team-wide TA initiative.
  • Future: A go-to strategic partner who has scaled high-performing teams, built replicable playbooks for both technical and consulting-profile hiring, and strengthened Clover’s culture of inclusion.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have the experience: 3-5+ years full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in-house at a tech company, health-tech, or high-growth startup.
  • You know both worlds: Your proven track record hiring across technical and corporate roles has made you a valuable partner at a time of hyper growth.
  • You are a strategic “System Builder”: You are energized by ambiguity and prefer to build the playbook rather than just follow one. You understand the tradeoffs between automation and human judgment.
  • You are data-driven: You make sense of trends and use insights to improve your process, with strong Greenhouse or comparable ATS proficiency.
  • You are a relationship-builder: You can influence at all levels—coaching a first-time engineering manager and closing a skeptical ex-consulting candidate require very different skills, and you have both.
