The Financial Senior Specialist role is an advanced position in the Regional Accounting and Reporting team. The role is involved in both operational and strategic financial tasks. This position is crucial for maintaining accurate and timely accounting processes, supporting management reporting, and coordinating audit activities to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role provides opportunities for personal development by leading process improvements and mentoring junior team members, thereby enhancing leadership skills.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of working experience with progressive responsibility within the Accounting and management reporting field.
- Graduate of Finance, Accounting, of Financial Management course
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must; VBA is a plus). Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project.
- CPA is an advantage
