Financial Planning and Procurement Manager

The role of a financial planning manager is responsible for business planning and forecasting along with additional duties in Order-to-Cash tower.

A procurement manager's role involves partnering reliably with departments, ensuring the acquisition of quality goods and services, and maximizing the value derived from available financial resources.

In the responsibility of Financial Planning Manager (70–80% of time):

  • Prepare business plan and forecasts in line with company goals by coordinating all stakeholders and submit timely and accurately.
  • Support finance organizational strategies and business plan by contributing with financial, accounting, and relevant external environment information. Providing analysis, and recommendations to CFO and affiliate Lead Team when required or proactively if deemed appropriate to ensure the affiliate effective operations and sustainability.
  • Variance analysis compared to business plan by providing solid explanations and proposing action plans to mitigate any risk or to evaluate any opportunity, if needed.
  • Provide financial partnership to business units, brand teams, and leadership for budget tracking (Sales & OpEx), as well as to HR for people-related expense monitoring. Support profitability analysis and trade-off decisions to ensure the affiliate meets targeted performance.
  • Support and oversee channel inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and alignment with business objectives
  • To be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of sales reports, price-volume analysis, Opex reconciliation and OID.
  • To be able to respond to financial ad-hoc queries
  • Elaborate proposal for Target to sales force: deciding together with the management team the targets that need to be distributed to the sales team at the beginning of each quarter.
  • Analysis of the financials for business cases related to new product launches or any pricing strategy change; strong partnership with PRA team is required.
  • Mitigate risk & collect/manage AR within terms of sale and resolve overdue and delinquent accounts with minimum expense.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis
  • Familiarity with AI-driven forecasting, adaptive targeting, and scenario modeling

In the responsibility of Procurement Manager (20–30% of time):

  • Implement the Sourcing strategy for all major categories of spend for the affiliate
  • Lead spend segmentation, opportunity analysis and prioritization exercises
  • Review and approve Spend Category Strategy together with the business partners Benchmark with external and global practices
  • Review strategy implementation plans and execution
  • Support Supplier relationship Management
  • Build and implement a communication plan for all important internal stakeholders (Account management)
  • Support and actively contribute to regional (META) and Global Procurement projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Finance
  • At least 5 years of FP&A experience at well-regarded firms
  • Strong leadership skills

  • Familiarity with SAP, Tableau, BOXI, Power BI, and AI
  • Strong technical knowledge in accounting, US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP and taxation.

Assets

  • Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent)
  • MSc/MBA/PhD. in business and economics related field is an asset
  • Big 4 experience is plus
