FP&A Lead – Saudi Arabia
Description:
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead for Saudi Arabia (Human Health) will be a business partner and strong finance professional, supporting our business and financial objectives.
They will lead financial planning, reporting and analytical activities for Saudi Arabia, reporting into a newly created Saudi Arabia Finance Director role.
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Perform end to end forecasting/planning cycles together with the support of regional/global CoEs.
Ensure clear reporting and analysis of actual performance, and close tracking of risks & opportunities for the market
Support Saudi Arabia Finance Director & Leadership Team in terms of preparation and presentation of financials.
Provide support in decision making by providing quality financial analytics to Saudi Arabia leadership through forecast cycles and ongoing performance management
Provide support for business development evaluations and reviews of existing alliance partner performance
Establish stakeholder relationships with business partners, commercial teams and the finance network.
Collaborate closely with Regional/Global CoEs to optimize local processes and deliverables whilst seeking to leverage digital, data and AI tools to drive insights and create business value
Provide ad-hoc support to Saudi Arabia Finance Director as needed (not limited to FP&A, also in financial controlling matters)
Support local/regional/global projects.
Leading and supporting Saudi Arabia FP&A Senior Specialist.
Background Requirements and Qualifications:
Relevant university degree and other financial qualifications
Finance professional experience of minimum 8 years, preferably including 2-3 years financial planning experience
Fluent English
Membership to Saudi Organization for Charted and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) will be required
