Salary Range: $51210 - $81436 Per Year

Job Summary: This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major Duties:

  • You will assist the CSR supporting the basic processes available in various timekeeping systems (SLDCADA/DAI/DCPS).
  • You will performs limited studies or assist a higher-graded analyst with full scale studies.
  • You will review documentation for posting expenses/accounts payable in GFEBS for proper validation of payment in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act (PPA).
  • You will review, post expense/accounts payable in GFEBS and prepare 1034s/1164s for signature and processing for payment to DFAS.

Qualifications: GS-09 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying functions, goals, objectives, work processes, and funding sources related to the needs and accomplishments to anticipated or actual dollar figures; utilizing budgetary, accounting, and/or financial administration practices, procedures, regulations and policies of the organization; and analyzing and interpreting sources information and applying it to specific areas of work. GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in the functions, goals, objectives, work processes, and funding sources related to the needs and accomplishments to anticipated or actual dollar figures; and utilizing budgetary, accounting, and/or financial administration practices, procedures, regulations and policies of the organization.
