Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including reporting packages, for various legal entities in SAP;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, including variance analyses and financial reporting in BOARD;
- Support forecasting and annual planning processes;
- Create and maintain SAP CO data for investment projects across multiple entities;
- Analyze material cost calculations for finished goods, perform recalculations, and maintain related master data;
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports on financial performance;
- Execute miscellaneous transactional and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience - preferably in production controlling and/or management reporting;
- Proficient SAP FI/CO user skills (MM knowledge is an advantage);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in English; German and/or French are an advantage;
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.;
- Strong understanding of reporting systems (e.g. Board);
- Technical understanding of production processes is appreciated;
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and reporting requirements;
- Strong team orientation and willingness to collaborate closely with stakeholders.
