How you will make an impact:

CTD is a service business within Pharma Service Group, which offers logistics and packaging/labeling services serving clinical trial supply market.


This role is responsible for overseeing the regional forecast and reporting process and supporting in data analytics, and plays a critical role to help shape the success of the business given the region’s sustained growth and increasing operational complexity.

What you will do:

1. Regional Forecast & Reporting Process
•    Lead regional monthly rolling forecast submission and consolidation process 
•    Review country forecast submission and improve accuracy (top-line, full P&L, supplementals)
•    Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) analysis and decks
•    Support annual budget planning process


2. Business Analysis
•    Track backlog (won-not-started) and revenue conversion
•    Conduct revenue baseline analysis and shipment volume aging analysis
•    Monitor weekly/monthly PSG China revenue performance
•    Other ad-hoc analysis based on business needs


3. Productivity & Cost Management
•    Track productivity and cost-saving initiatives
•    Support margin improvement analysis

How you will get here:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA preferred
• 3–6 years experience in FP&A preferably in a large global company and highly matrixed organization

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

•Proficient in oral and written English to communicate with APAC countries and global Finance
•Good communication skills with cross function teams
•Advanced Excel, Power BI/Power query/Hyperion experience is preferred
•Business acumen and open minded
