Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving controls and compliance initiatives for HP’s global supply chain finance organization.  This includes active engagement with multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth. The role works under supervision of a project leader, and performs advanced data analytics to facilitate information validation and team decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the design and execution of operational and SOX controls for Enterprise Operations.
  • Perform inventory reconciliations and monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of Plant Inventory management activities performed by HP stakeholders.
  • Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in identifying creative solutions and managing projects independently.
  • Performs complex financial analysis for Supply Chain managed Balance Sheet accounts, identifies issues and recommends solutions.
  • Conducts comprehensive analysis for Supply Chain managed activities, providing valuable analytical insights to support key business decisions.
  • Provides analytical insights in the areas of controls and compliance, and automation initiatives.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Typically has 2-4 years of work experience with preferred certifications.

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
