Responsabilities:

  • Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the assigned business unit in alignment with long‑term operational objectives, budget targets, and forecast expectations.
  • Support the development of annual financial objectives that align with business partners’ growth and expansion plans.
  •  Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including fcst performance target explanations, & budget‑to‑forecast variance analysis.
  • Review, monitor, and ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance requirements, and established financial procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business partners across functions.
  • Demonstrate leadership by modeling GM behaviors, fostering personal development, and contributing to a positive Workplace of Choice culture.
  • Provide strategic insights by connecting project outcomes to broader operational strategies and enterprise goals.
  • Anticipate and respond proactively to partner needs, ensuring timely and effective financial guidance.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Finance, Accounting, Administration

  • English: Advanced (Conversational)

  • Experience: Reports and presentations, expense control, budget plants, financial statement analysis, projections and budgets

  • Softwares: Excel Avanced - Power Bi - SAP
