Provides accounting services for Clayton Properties Group (CPG). Responsibilities include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Complies and prepares analysis and reports of accounting activity and data. Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and reconciliations. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.

What You Will Do:

• Evaluate and maintain accuracy of general ledger.

• Analyze financial records and assist management with key financial decisions

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.

• Assist with process documentation and evaluation to improve financial and operational workflows.

• Collaborate with production, finance, and operations teams to gather and validate financial data.

You Have:

• Experience in account reconciliation, data analysis, or financial process documentation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, but not required.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others. Work primarily involves sitting / standing, up to 4 hours at a time.
