Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and Drive the Transformation Strategy, overseeing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Ensuring strategic alignment, outcomes, and measurable success

  • Partners with the finance organization to define clear, medium-term vision for PDx finance, including priorities, milestones, resources, change management

  • Leads development of key technology and process transformation deliverables and milestones in partnership with PDx FLT and Business Stakeholders

  • Sets the vision and facilitate execution for determining appropriate processes, service model delivery to achieve efficiency goals

  • Leads development of initiatives to assist organization in bringing forth new insights that can drive actions while transitioning repeatable work to efficient hubs

  • Identifies key efficiency opportunities and executes a plan to achieve them

  • Embraces lean principles to help the organization strive for complexity reduction and promote “one version of the truth” of data, analytics and reporting

  • Ensures integrity is upheld throughout all processes, policies and practices, by ensuring appropriate communication, training and prioritization of related activities.

  • Collaborate with Global GE HC Finance transformation Lead and workstream to ensure alignment with vision, priorities, execution and success measures.

  • Set the strategic direction finance transformation, evolving planning, forecasting, and performance management capabilities to support forward‑looking decision‑making, scenario modelling, and enterprise trade‑offs, rather than backward‑looking reporting

  • Act as a senior strategic partner to executive leadership on transforming and shaping business strategy through financial insight, investment analysis, and clear articulation of risks, opportunities, and long‑term implications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and solid financial work experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of three years Corporate Audit Staff experience; or High School Diploma/GED and solid financial work experience including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews

  • Previous international experience in PDx or Pharma. Experience working in global business environment and matrix/diverse organization

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of Accounting Principles and Controllership and Supply Chain Finance and Operations

  • Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

  • Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas

  • Leadership experience: has minimum of 10 years experience leading team members. Prove people leadership and passion for people growth, coaching and culture

  • FP&A Experience is required, preferrable to be global.

  • Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; influential skills

  • Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others. Strong collaboration and positive attitude.

  • Trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN or Six Sigma
