The Opportunity
We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to join our Corporate Business & Technology Services (BTS) organization in Lake Bluff, IL. In this role, you will provide FP&A support to the Office of the CIO, delivering financial insights and analytics that drive strategic decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team, partner with senior leadership, and influence key business outcomes.
What You’ll Work On
Serve as a financial business partner for the Infrastructure Services unit within BTS.
Oversee monthly close activities and deliver clear, actionable financial reporting and commentary.
Develop forecasts, analyze risks and opportunities, and prepare review materials for senior leadership.
Support capital expenditure requests (RCEs) and provide analytical input for contract negotiations.
Consolidate financial results and forecasts for Infrastructure Services and assist with ad-hoc analysis.
Manage cash flow forecasting and variance analysis against benchmarks.
Drive process improvements and simplification initiatives across financial operations.
Lead and mentor two financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting.
Proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, Hyperion Essbase, and SAP.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
Ability to synthesize complex issues and present clear, relevant insights.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA, CMA, or MBA.
Supervisory or management experience.
Experience supporting technology or infrastructure-related business units.
Track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.

The base pay for this position is
$85,300.00 – $170,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
