Noble’s Summer 2026 Internship Program, based in Gdańsk, Poland, is a 3-month (July 1st - September 30th), paid opportunity designed to provide university students with meaningful, project-based experience across our business. This program offers professional development, exposure to corporate and offshore operations, and the chance to connect with leaders across our global organization.
During this year’s Summer Internship Program at Noble, we aim to provide students considering finance career paths with hands-on exposure to core accounting and finance operations. Interns will have the opportunity to work across three key areas: Corporate Accounting, Operations Accounting, and General Ledger. You will be supporting experienced teams in day-to-day activities, making it a perfect opportunity to dive into the world of finance. If it sounds interesting to you, do not hesitate and apply!
Your responsibilities:
Lead Accountants – Corporate Accounting
Supporting the Payroll Team during transition periods, including assisting with payroll-related postings and accounting entries.
Participating in VAT clean‑up activities and support account matching and reconciliation tasks.
Assisting in the transfer of statutory financial statement (SFS) data into Workiva.
Assisting the team with daily tasks.
Lead Accountants – Operations Accounting
Supporting the team with the preparation of statutory financial statements by transferring data into Workiva and contributing to automation initiatives.
Assisting with matching VAT returns to open items in accounting records. Providing administrative support by gathering required data from stakeholders, uploading and archiving documentation, and preparing inputs for KPI dashboards.
Supporting project tracking activities, including monitoring audit status and issuing regular daily or weekly status reminders.
Assisting the team with daily tasks.
General Ledger
Supporting the General Ledger Team with clearing open items on balance sheet accounts and support balance sheet reconciliations, including preparing supporting documentation, as well as with clearing VAT accounts and match VAT declarations with invoices and payments recorded in the system.
Supporting VAT reconciliation between the general ledger, sub‑ledgers, and tax reports.
Downloading general ledger reports from accounting systems (e.g. SAP) and supporting the team with performing basic period‑to‑period balance checks.
Assisting the team with daily tasks.
Our Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English min. B2/C1 level)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges, positive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Program Eligibility
This internship is open to students who are currently enrolled at a university, who are pursuing a degree in a relevant field
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in Poland (Noble is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas for this program)

Application Review
After you submit your application (in English), our Talent Acquisition team will review your résumé and qualifications.
Initial Conversation
Selected candidates will be invited to a short call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, interests, and the internship program.
Assessment & Final Interviews
Finalists will complete a brief assessment ahead of the interview. This provides insight into individual strengths and problem-solving approaches, which allows the conversation to be more tailored. The process then continues with a behavioral and functional interview with the hiring manager and the Talent Acquisition team.
Selection & Offer
Following final interviews, a decision will be made and communicated to all candidates. Selected students will receive an offer to join Noble’s Summer 2026 Internship Program.
