Responsible for supporting and executing the financial operations, contributing to the accuracy of financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes through sound analysis.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Assist in executing daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting
- Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards
- Analyse financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor budgets and conduct variance analysis to provide recommendations for budget-compliant actions
- Assist in liquidity planning and cash management
- Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial processes and systems
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and improve risk management
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of finance and controlling
- Proactive work style and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Effective communication skills to articulate complex financial information clearly
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Professional experience in a similar position is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly excel, and experienced with financial accounting systems
- Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or similar
