KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver month‑/quarter‑/year‑end close, including R2R allocations, reconciliations and journal entries for Europe
  • Prepare and analyze forecasts, actuals and variances for Overheads and Brand & Marketing Investment
  • Manage cost control processes and marketing budgets, partnering with business and finance stakeholders
  • Produce high‑quality financial reports, analyses and cost‑allocation models across European entities
  • Ensure data integrity in SAP and continuously improve reporting quality, tools and processes
  • Be open to expandability of the scope of this role along changing organization and as the Europe FET develops

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in finance department with good understanding of accounting principles and systems
  • Higher education, preferably in economics/finance
  • Fluency in English and Polish (at least C1)
  • Experience in working with SAP
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience at work with big data and data transformation, well-developed analytical skills – in particular, effectiveness in drawing conclusions based on analyzed financial data
  • Commitment, creativity and ability to work constructively in a team, incl. solving reporting issues

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of advanced tools such as Power Pivot, Power Query and macros
  • Interpersonal skills: communication skills, openness to contact experienced stakeholders
  • Independence and good work organization
  • Attitude to continuously improve professional skills
