Job Responsibilities
- Work with customers to reach revenue and profit objectives and control operational expenses.
- Fulfill standard FP&A tasks, such as monthly closure, commercial prediction, monthly and quarterly business evaluations, annual operating blueprint, and long-term strategic strategy.
- Support Taiwan financial reporting and analysis for multiple business groups, ensuring key deliverables and timelines are met.
- Track and analyze monthly forecasts vs actuals, explaining movements and identifying key drivers.
- Run regular performance tracking reports, highlight risks/opportunities, and analyze growth trends.
- Regularly review channel performance, evaluate risks and opportunities, and support go-to-market strategy improvements.
- Consolidate and report commercial P&L by divisions and at the group level.
- Arrange financial reports for punctual submission within Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan timelines.
- Apply financial reporting systems for data extraction and dashboard creation, and perform uploads as needed.
- Assist in supply chain management by planning and benchmark analysis.
- Manage working capital metrics involving receivables and inventories.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis, proactively finding opportunities for improvements in execution and cost savings.
- Collaboration Across the Matrix Structure
- Possess strong communication skills to work in and influence a complex matrix structure across divisions, functions, and countries.
- Work independently in a fast-paced setting, managing uncertainty and addressing critical issues or following up as necessary.
- Uphold compliance and ensure commercial teams adhere to company and accounting guidelines.
- Actively participate and collaborate with commercial leaders and Finance teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in MNC commercial Finance or FP&A.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong background in consolidation highly preferred for this role.
- Candidates with finance business partnering experience with the ability to transition effectively into consolidation responsibilities will be considered.
- Good commercial sense and the ability to learn on the fly.
- Applied knowledge of business systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Workday is an advantage.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
