Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly technical Finance Manager for the Eurasia region, with primary responsibility for regional financial consolidation and reporting. This role requires strong hands‑on analytical and reporting capabilities to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial information across a complex, multi‑entity environment and to support regional and global decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Consolidation & Reporting
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual regional financial consolidation in alignment with Solenis group reporting requirements
Prepare, review, and analyze regional financial results, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
Deliver timely and accurate regional reporting packages to Global Finance
Technical Reporting & Analysis
Produce high‑quality, structured management reporting and financial analyses to support regional performance reviews
Perform detailed variance analysis, trend analysis, and deep‑dives on key financial drivers
Translate complex financial data into clear summaries and insights for management audiences
Business Partnering & Financial Support
Provide financial insights and analytical support to Regional Leadership, Sales, and Operations
Support regional budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
Respond to ad‑hoc reporting and analysis requests with a high focus on accuracy and clarity
Process Improvement & Systems
Drive continuous improvement in consolidation, reporting, and closing processes through standardization and automation
Support finance system and reporting tool enhancements in line with Solenis global standards
What you'll bring:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
5–8 years of finance experience, with strong exposure to consolidation, reporting, and technical financial analysis
Experience working in a global, multi‑entity, matrix organization
Technical Skills (Critical)
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with complex data sets and financial models
Strong experience using financial consolidation and reporting tools (e.g. OneStream,T‑Cell)
Working knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
High proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to senior management
Experience with SAP and enterprise finance systems
