We are seeking a Controllership professional to support financial governance, intercompany accounting, and close activities for the EMEALA region. The role focuses on intercompany processes, cost analysis, month‑end reporting, and audit support within a fast‑paced FP&A environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support month‑end close, including JV postings, analysis, and reporting
  • Manage intercompany / interchain accounting, including contract reviews, ICH threshold workings, and interchain analysis
  • Track and report restructuring costs, including below‑EBIT transfers
  • Perform functional and IT cost analysis and support management benefit allocations
  • Support Plan/Forecast activities for EMEALA HQ
  • Assist with cross audits (including Procurement) and compliance requirements

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong accounting and controllership fundamentals
  • Experience with month‑end close, intercompany accounting, and reconciliations
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and close pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel; ERP (SAP/Oracle) experience preferred

Qualifications

  • CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
  • Experience in regional / shared services finance roles preferred
  • Exposure to EMEA operations is a plus
