Joining our newly designed Finance Learning Development Program is an opportunity to start your career in a place where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are welcomed and you are supported to grow. Over twenty-four months, you will rotate across our wider Finance organisation (from transactional Finance through Credit Controls to F&PA), gaining exposure to a range of teams, technologies and projects that shape how we enable the business and support our people. This is a role for someone who wants to build a meaningful career in technology with space to explore, learn and make an impact.
What will you be doing?
You will have a journey through 4 rotations, each designed to immerse you in different areas of our global Finance organisation. One rotation may see you collaborating with business teams to solve customer and internal challenges from ensuring we receive payments to management reporting in FP&A. You will work closely with managers and team leads, build genuine relationships across functions, share ideas and learnings, and present your progress to senior leaders. As you move through the program, you will have the chance to influence how we do things, discover your strengths and understand where you want to take your career next.

• A foundation in Finance, with graduation completed or expected in 2026
