Duties and Responsibilities
Act as primary liaison with HSBC’s Finance teams.
Accountable for the successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial services and support as defined in the contract.
Lead on tracking against budgets and early identification of budget risks.
Support through the team delivery of day-to-day global financial and accounting operations with particular focus on the client’s reporting requirements at a regional level.
Oversee and coordinate the activities of the team across regions with respect to the annual budget setting and quarterly forecasting cycle.
Proactively develop and manage HSBC relationships ensuring that the expected services are delivered across regions consistent with the contractual scope of services and within budgets.
Processing and payment of all regional property operating and capital expenditure invoices, in accordance with legal obligations.
Support client governance programme to ensure compliance to the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions.
Leverage JLL Expertise Platform and bring best practice to HSBC and the team.
Enable experience-led service delivery and include Sustainability mindset in everything we do.
Expected Qualifications and Working Experience
While the contract does not specify exact qualifications and years of experience, the following can be inferred as standard for such a role:
Professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Significant experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting, preferably in a multinational or large corporate environment.
Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial controls.
Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management in a financial services or real estate context.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate activities across multiple regions or countries.
Experience in client relationship management, especially with large corporate clients.
Familiarity with property/facilities management finance is an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in process improvement and leveraging best practices.
Commitment to sustainability and experience-led service delivery.
