The Atomic Spectroscopy business, part of the Spectroscopy and Vacuum Division (SVD), is looking for its new Finance Lead to provide support to the Atomic business.
Integral member of the Atomic management team, the Finance Lead will not only ensure that Agilent operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls, but will actively work alongside the GM to facilitate the growth of the business, being fully engaged in the strategic planning process, and providing financial decision support and analysis, portfolio management, market model analysis, business planning, and financial reporting, planning and analysis.
This includes closely working with the different functional teams and managers within the Atomic business and operations, from providing guidance and support to the R&D and Marketing teams (budgeting, reporting, SPR), to being actively involved with all NPI activities, supporting (and when necessary challenging) the local teams to ensure sound financial analysis and rationales behind assumptions.
Overlooking the full P&L of the Atomic business, the role calls as well for close collaboration and partnership with the OFS teams, and the extended Agilent Finance family. The Atomic Finance Lead will also be a member of the SVD Finance team, working closely with the SVD Division controller as well as the rest of the team to ensure optimum support and results across the division.

Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
Typically 10+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Postgraduate and/or certification /license may be required.
Possesses in-depth skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience and internal recognition in specialty.
Strong skills in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Agilent data systems (SAP, Hana,…)
