Finance Intern

Full‑Time | Summer Internship

We are seeking a motivated high‑school senior who is interested in learning more about accounting, finance, and business operations through hands‑on, real‑world work experience. This paid, full‑time summer internship is designed to provide exposure to professional accounting and finance practices while building foundational workplace skills.

What You’ll Do

Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will:

• Assist with basic accounting and finance tasks
• Help organize and maintain financial records and data
• Support day‑to‑day finance and administrative activities
• Learn how accounting and financial information supports business decisions
• Participate in special projects as assigned

What You’ll Learn

• Basics of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial processes
• How a finance team operates in a professional environment
• Professional skills such as communication, organization, and time management

Who We’re Looking For

• Current high‑school senior with an interest in accounting, finance, or business
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic computer applications
• No prior accounting or finance experience required—training will be provided

• Full‑time schedule during the summer (hours flexible)

• On‑the‑job learning with mentorship and supervision

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
