As an intern, you will work collaboratively on high-impact, meaningful projects during this full-time (40 hours per week) internship, directly supporting Gen’s business strategy in a dynamic and global environment.
At Gen, we are building an AI‑first Finance organization. You’ll be encouraged to experiment with AI tools, explore new ways of working, and help us reimagine how routine tasks, analysis, and reporting get done. You will partner closely with experienced finance professionals, and your ideas, curiosity, and comfort with AI will be valued as we strive for continuous improvement and innovation. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain broad, hands-on exposure to different finance disciplines in a dynamic, tech-forward, fast-paced environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Finance & Accounting Intern, you will apply your academic knowledge to real-world financial planning, analysis, reporting, and accounting operations that support a publicly traded, global technology company.
You will gain exposure to both strategic finance initiatives and core accounting processes that ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls. Working closely with experienced finance and accounting professionals, your ideas and analytical insights will be valued as we strive for continuous improvement and innovation.
This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment.
During your internship, you will participate in shadowing and training opportunities with members of both the Finance and Accounting teams. You will attend weekly team meetings, network with leaders, and engage with fellow interns across the organization.
