<title>About the Role</title>

We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Finance Intern for Summer 2026. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance by supporting key administrative and analytical functions across M&A, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Asset Financing.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has a foundational understanding of finance.

  • <point>Assist in maintaining project documentation, including trackers, memoranda, and materials for management and shareholders.</point>
  • <point>Support financial modelling, corporate forecasting, valuation, and transaction analysis activities.</point>
  • <point>Compile and review data across loan agreements to help ensure ongoing compliance.</point>
  • <point>Help prepare investor presentations and materials, maintain shareholder data, and conduct equity research.</point>
  • <point>Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors.</point>
  • <point>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various finance-related projects.</point>

<title>About you</title>

  • <point>You are currently pursuing or have recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.</point>
  • <point>Prior internship experience or coursework in finance, investment banking, equity research, venture capital, private equity, tech, or related areas is a plus.</point>
  • <point>You have strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.</point>
  • <point>You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint or Google Workspace tools.</point>
  • <point>You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in English.</point>
