We are seeking a Finance Discharge Officer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for efficient and accurate final payment calculation of the discharged residents of our Retirement Living and Residential Aged Care Homes. The role requires Discharges Officers to investigate payments made, interpret their contract, and calculate what the discharged amount payable will be.
Our expectations are that you have:
2+ years of experience in a Discharges function, Accounts Payable, or a commissions‑calculation role.
Demonstrated experience managing high‑volume accounts payable or commission calculations in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with commercial accounting software and the ability to read and interpret legal contracts.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
