Responsibilities:

  • Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing…

  • Actively supports in managing and controlling the current Performance/Risk Development globally

  • Supports in the preparation of forecast, budget and strategic plan globally

  • Supports in all business analysis necessary for effective management of the company

  • Leads analysis and data quality evaluation, presents findings and makes recommendations to management

  • Prepares and analyzes operating results, cost reports, financial plans and forecasts for the purpose of providing Management information

  • Prepares and directs financial audits with external auditors and provides recommendations for procedural improvements

Qualifications:

  • Typically academic degree and relevant work experience

  • Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise
