Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the Finance Coordinator is an introductory role designed to build foundational analytical skills and support one’s professional development within commercial real estate investments. The role supports the CIO and works closely with our Transactions, Capital Markets, and Public Finance teams. Key responsibilities include organizing project workflows, financial and expense reporting, assisting with early‑stage financial modeling and analysis, and providing general operational support. This opportunity offers broad exposure to all investment functions and a pathway to develop strong analytical and financial capabilities. We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive individual who is eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist the execution of action items from team meetings.

  • Assist in preparing financial presentations and reports.

  • Schedule and coordinate investment and transaction review meetings across the organization.

  • Assist in market research and site analysis, including review of local regulations.

  • Assist with financial analysis, including cash flow projections, real estate valuation, credit analysis, and sensitivity analysis.

  • Support underwriting and due diligence processes.

  • Support ad-hoc financial modeling and analytical projects as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate or related industries

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related field

  • Experience with Argus is a plus

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and independently manage workload and projects

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and introductory financial modeling

Work Environment

Bedrock is an in-person, five-day-a-week workplace. All team members are expected to work on site Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift. Some roles may have flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, based on the nature of the work and business needs. This flexibility is granted at the discretion of the Company and may be adjusted at any time.
