The Position

The Opportunity
For the CA Pathology Lab Business Finance Team, we are searching for a Finance Business Partner supporting the Systems, Workflow & IT Lifecycle Team (LCT.)
The Business Finance Chapter supports Customer Area leaders and the LCTs as strategic partners to drive outcomes and resource allocation. We ensure long-term profitability and value for patients while fostering a collaborative RDS Finance culture to deliver a seamless stakeholder experience.

As Finance Business Partner you will:

  • Provide your stakeholders with data-driven facts and requirement-oriented financial insights on key business topics

  • Participate in CA/LCT governance committees and support overall portfolio prioritization and investment decisions

  • Capture business strategy value with up-to-date Business Plan and Business Cases

  • Be a key member of the Pathology Lab CA Finance Network and drive the transformation of BA Finance by actively participating in squads and communities

  • Proactively contribute to the creation of relevant strategic roadmaps by providing the financial transparency, highlighting and assessing alternatives 

  • Contribute to the business success of the segments you support by providing financial insights and support the operational pricing guidance for affiliates

  • Seek improvement opportunities to enhance growth and/or profitability, for example by creating business cases for internal (R&D) or external (licensing, other partnerships, M&A) growth opportunities or internal productivity improvements (manufacturing, portfolio streamlining etc.)

  • Collaborate with Project Management (PMO) & Innovation Finance to monitor project delivery and costs to execute R&D projects on time and budget through proactive identification of challenges in the resource planning and proposal of corrective actions 

 
Who You Are

  • Bachelor degree in finance / business administration or related field is required; MA/MBA is a plus

  • 8 years minimum related experience

  • Proven track record in finance business partnering or controller for global and local organizations and broad 

  • Finance knowledge with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

This position is based in Tucson, AZ and has an in office requirement of 3 days/wk.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Arizona is $100,000.00 - $185,600.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
