Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in delivering financial excellence for key client accounts. About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the Account Director and internal stakeholders to prepare and deliver client budgets across multiple entities. You’ll be the go-to expert for financial reporting, planning, and analysis, ensuring seamless execution of the client’s annual operating plan and supporting transition activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Partner with business streams to build detailed property cost bases, including rent, utilities, and facilities management costs.
- Financial management of client(s) contract profitability.
- Identify risks and develop initiatives to protect financial performance.
- Conduct analytical reviews and present insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Own client finance controls and ensure compliance with SOX standards.
- Support operational teams and deliver high-quality financial services.
- Spot opportunities for cross-selling and contribute to account growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, CIMA, CFA, or CA preferred).
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and working autonomously.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; Anaplan knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with AASB16 Lease Accounting; JDE and Blackline experience advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and time management.
