We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the Finance Operations Accountant in ensuring the accuracy of the trial balance. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of the ledger by managing automated data feeds and preparing essential manual journal entries.
Key responsibilities include.
Produce the monthly numbers for the key processes and production of the trial balance through managing automated system feeds and manual journals working with Accounts Payable.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate reconciling items.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and outputs.
Assist in implementing any required changes to financial reporting, systems, or procedures smoothly and efficiently.
Maintaining adherence to the Quilter control framework.
Support the provision of information for external auditors.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with the other members of the wider finance team to share best practice and standards.
Ability to engage and consult senior colleagues.
