Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Assistant to support the efficient operation of our finance department and ensure smooth collaboration with other departments. This role involves documenting core accounting processes and preparing reports for the Chief Accountant and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and manage supplier invoices using the JDE accounting system
  • Prepare entries for general ledger accounting
  • Record banking transactions via the bank’s online platform
  • Verify outgoing invoices
  • Provide backup support for the colleague managing orders and outgoing invoices
  • Manage company car fleet and liaise with the leasing company
  • Maintain and review travel logs
  • Handle daily mail
  • Track and manage expense reports

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary school diploma in economics or a related field
  • Experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office
  • Basic English language skills
