This role is responsible for supporting RSM’s Outsourced Solution business operations, ensuring data accuracy, smoothly running processes, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

•    Operational & Process Management: Oversee day-to-day operational workflows across the Outsourced Solutions business, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time while continuously evaluating, optimizing, and standardizing processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
•    Data Management, Analysis & Reporting: Manage, maintain, and analyze high-volume operational data sets—including tracking and updating information for a large client portfolio (600+ clients and growing) with a high level of accuracy—to support informed decision-making, operational performance monitoring, and productivity improvements. Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
•    Project & Timeline Coordination: Lead and coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, adherence to priorities, and timely resolution of risks or issues.
•    Systems, Automation & Workflow Enablement: Design, maintain, and enhance Smartsheet workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to support operational tracking, automate manual processes, and improve scalability, accuracy, and visibility across operations.
•    Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate work, resolve issues, and support shared objectives. Communicate project updates, risks, and operational insights clearly and professionally to Partners, Directors, and other business leaders.
•    Internal Service & Issue Resolution: Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders by responding to inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining strong working relationships that support effective business operations.
•    Documentation & Operational Controls: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational data, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure consistency, transparency, and audit readiness.
•    Continuous Improvement & Additional Support: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational enhancements, and perform additional duties, as assigned, to support evolving business needs and organizational objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
•    Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience. 
•    Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Intermediate experience with Smartsheet
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Strong written and verbal communication in English.
•    Experience in operations, administration, project management or other relevant support roles is preferred. 
•    Attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
•    Ability to be adaptable to change and proactive in identifying areas for improvement.

Preferred Requirements:
•    Knowledge of Power BI report navigation and creation
