  • Lead discovery workshops with GBS, Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, and Operations to identify automation use cases, inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities.

  • Deliver endtoend automation solutions using UiPath (RPA bots, unattended/attended automation, workflows) and Comark for SAPcentric automation scenarios.

  • Integrate UiPath and Comarch automations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, IDocs, and external systems (portals, banking, tax, suppliers, customers).

  • Lead integration of finance applications with SAP.

  • Use SAP Signavio (process mining/fittostandard) and operational data to pinpoint highvalue improvements and track value realization.

  • Leverage SAP Joule AI for accelerated analysis, pattern detection, documentation drafting, and test coverage recommendations.

  • Work with SAP functional teams to design, document, and deliver enhancements across GBS processes (pricing, invoicing, payments, procurement, journal posting, dispute handling).

  • Ensure automation follow secure-by-design, SoD controls, audit requirements, and compliance with PHINIA’s governance and identity standards.

  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to develop dashboards measuring automation impact (touchless rate, cycle time, exceptions, accuracy, volume, savings).

  • Govern citizen automations created by business teams to ensure safety, standards, templates, and lifecycle controls.

  • Oversee UiPath/Comarch operational readiness: monitoring, bot scheduling, error handling, runbooks, failover support, and hypercare processes.

  • Manage vendor and MSP partners for RPA, SAP, and integration delivery; evaluate new features across UiPath, Comark, SAP BTP, and S/4HANA.

  • Support S/4HANA transformation through fittostandard design, simplification item reviews, data validations, regression cycles, and cutover activities.

  • Ensure endtoend documentation including process maps, solution designs, automation specifications, user stories, test scripts, and operational runbooks.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and financial value to senior finance and IT leadership; maintain transparent roadmaps and prioritization rationale.

  • Drive continuous improvement using automation-first thinking, workflow simplification, self-service enablement, and shift-left models.
