LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia
The PSO Revenue COE Analyst supports regional financial planning and analysis for recurring revenue, managing reporting, performing detailed analysis, and collaborating across teams to deliver accurate forecasts and actionable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage File Value and Revenue Data
Load and reconcile File Value/ACV data reports for all NAMER Region.
Work with Customer Success, Business Operations, and other teams to understand drivers of file value changes
Revenue Variance Analysis
Extract and review monthly revenue data, analysing variances by customer.
Investigate missed billings, credit memos, and any discrepancies by collaborating with the BOC and CSM teams.
Handle Journal Vouchers (JVs) and Reclasses
Perform deferrals, reclasses, and journal voucher to ensure revenue is accurately reported
Act as the liaison with the controllership team and insure providing clear documentation and support for all entries requested during month end close cycle
Forecast and annual plan data collection and built up
Forecast data collection on expected business changes for future periods consolidation
Use historical trends analysis to support forecast and plan structure
Utilize Analytical Tools and Maintain Reporting
Use advanced Excel skills, Power BI dashboards, and other tools to generate reports and respond to ad hoc revenue, contracts renewal and billing queries
