Responsibilities / Tasks
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections/ interventions, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacements.
Utilize predictive maintenance techniques.
Maintain accurate records of activities.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
Quickly and effectively diagnose mechanical failures, malfunctions, and performance issues on production equipment and facility systems.
Identify root causes of problems to prevent recurrence.
Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools effectively.
Repairs & Overhauls:
Perform corrective maintenance, including disassembly, repair, replacement, and reassembly of mechanical components.
Conduct equipment rebuilds, and overhauls as required.
Installation & Modification:
Assist in the installation, alignment, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
Perform modifications to existing equipment to improve performance, reliability, or safety.
Planned & Unplanned Maintenance:
Responsibly for the execution of planned and unplanned After- Sales/Service activities.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Higher National Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
6+ years hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial mechanical equipment.
Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.
Strong knowledge of mechanical principles
Expertise in precision maintenance practices.
Experience with industrial equipment
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
