As a Field Specialist, you will support field operations by providing technical assistance, conducting chemical testing, monitoring treatment programs, and ensuring chemical systems operate safely and effectively. You will work directly with customers and account managers to maintain program performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust treatment rates to meet operational objectives. This role is critical in ensuring product application accuracy, system reliability, and high‑quality service delivery.
Supporting field sales by providing technical assistance and program monitoring
Conducting water and crude oil sample collection, testing, and analysis
Submitting sample results to account managers for customer recommendations
Monitoring chemical inventory, pump performance, and feed rates
Adjusting chemical dosage rates and product applications to meet customer objectives
Activating or deactivating feed systems based on safety or performance needs
Troubleshooting systems that fall outside customer specifications and escalating when needed
Determining product needs and placing chemical orders for customers
Maintaining accurate service reports related to pump function and field activities
Handling special projects as assigned
Have a high school diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Bring experience in field operations, chemical treatment, or oilfield services
Demonstrate strong communication and customer‑facing skills
Be able to work independently in field environments
Have strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
Be comfortable with sample testing, data recording, and system adjustments
Show strong organizational skills and attention to detail

This role operates during general hours (8AM – 5PM) and on call on Saturday & Sunday once a month
