Field Service Technician Ahmedabad/Vadodara Contract

Location - Ahmedabad/Vadodara

Provide quality applications, tooling & software support to the team (flying doctors) for high level of customer satisfaction in terms of response, clarity & customer engagement. Create a high level of contribution towards machine selling by delivering top class application support to the customer with effective & strong customer relationship. Responsible for sales growth of software, tooling & training related products keeping customer satisfaction in mind all the time. Work towards customer satisfaction in line with defined TRUMPF group guidelines for applications, software support & a continuous alignment between group guidelines and customer expectations in terms of software, tooling, training & programming support.

• Provide high quality applications & software support to TRUMPF customers based on defined processes with a high level of customer satisfaction in terms of response & SIS (Service Information System) documentation, key being the quality and speed.
• Develop & maintain customer relationship with effective pre-planning and be the first escalation point for speedy problem solving.
• Follow and implement the defined processes within the department by acting as a role model for the team to see that we are walking the talk.
• Educate customer about the various products of TruServices like different types of software/service agreements, trainings, tooling’s, maintenances, etc to enhance sales.
