What the role will do (core scope):
- Manage and track cross functional customer cost recoveries.
- New customer onboarding/launches end-to-end (scope, milestones, owners, dependencies); run weekly cadence and clear blockers.
- Build integrated plans across Sales, Ops, Finance, Engineering, and Quality to ensure launch readiness (pricing, contracts, B2B, supply, quality gates, reporting).
- Lead sales software evaluation and rollout (requirements, demos, approvals, pilot, implementation, change management).
- Standardize launch/process artifacts (checklists, Project Plans, SOPs, cadences, dashboards) to reduce rework and improve predictability.
- Provide exec-ready visibility (status, risks, decisions, impacts) and drive stakeholder accountability.
