The role demands end to end ownership of timely completion of Contractual PM's. Timely completion of PM's is critical to avoid penalty from the customer. Role requires constant engagement & coordination with the customer, CE, FSM and CSMs. Document PM EER copies for Billing. This involves Interacting with the NCR leadership team. Higher service delivery with a lower HC, by automation & higher level of job. Yearly PM performed around 55k machines. To schedule PMI calls for SEA Financial customers. Coordinate specific aspects of the PMI, de-installation and site survey requests associated with Global Accounts. Setting up Calls with Customer and with NCR Leadership team in providing PMI progress.

  • Position involves coordination & communication with customers, different vendors or within team members from site visit to handing over to customers with complete installation of deliverables

  • Respond immediately to customer or vendor concerns/problems by resolving them or by escalating them to appropriate stakeholders

  • Responsible for scheduling customer installation activity

  • Overall Project Management & Planning capability (Adherence to processes and systems and smooth functioning without follow-ups)

  • Constant planning and effort to achieve deliveries within allotted time frame

  • Coordinating and monitoring the performance of vendors in maintaining the timeframe

  • Understands and performs the various Customers/Vendors Scope of Services and elevates/ escalates issues when appropriate and/or according to established procedures

  • Chase for quotation approval and follow up on job completion

  • Represents NCR in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the company

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer skills: Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Tools, including Intermediate Excel (Power Pivot, Data Validation, Nested Formula, Index Function etc.) and PowerPoint

  • Communication skills: Their job requires excellent communicators who can clarify expectations and drive alignment

  • Collaborative skills: It is also important that applicants have the ability to work together with different teams across the organization with a commitment to deadlines and deliverables.
