The Field Resource Manager (FRM) is responsible for managing Wachter’s field employees within an assigned region and acts as the primary liaison between field employees and office operations. This role blends people leadership, HR-minded support, and operational alignment to ensure field technicians are properly supported, compliant, and positioned for success.
