Key Responsibilities

Merchant Relationship Management

• Manage and maintain relationships with the portfolio of childcare centers (Sala Cuna partners).

• Act as the main point of contact for merchant partners, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

• Support merchants in the correct use of our processes, systems, and operational guidelines.

Commercial Development

• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen the childcare center network.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase merchant engagement and performance.

• Support onboarding of new childcare centers and expansion of the merchant base.

Operational Management (End-to-End Cycle)

• Oversee the full operational cycle of the childcare center benefit, from onboarding and contract management to service delivery and billing processes.

• Ensure smooth coordination between merchants and internal teams (operations, finance, customer service).

• Monitor operational performance and resolve issues affecting service quality or efficiency.

Performance Monitoring

• Track key performance indicators related to merchant activity and service delivery.

• Identify improvement opportunities within the merchant network and operational processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements related to childcare benefits.

Profile & Skills

• Experience in merchant network management, partnerships, or operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage operational processes end-to-end.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in complex operational environments.
• English is a must
