We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager based in the US or Europe (Preferably UK) with strong experience in cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS, focused on driving growth across Western markets (Europe & USA). This role will lead regional demand generation, events, partner marketing, and sales alignment efforts to accelerate pipeline and strengthen Cyble’s presence across mature, competitive markets.

You will work closely with Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, and Channel teams to execute localized GTM motions that directly influence opportunity creation and revenue.

What You'll Do At CYBLE:

  • Regional GTM & Demand Generation

    Develop and execute field marketing programs tailored for EU and USA regions.

    Run localized ABM, vertical-focused, and persona-based campaigns to support pipeline targets.

    Manage regional paid programs, webinars, roadshows, micro-events, and outreach motions.

  • Events & Experiential Marketing

    Lead Cyble’s participation in high-impact events such as RSA, Black Hat USA/EU, FS-ISAC, and regional cybersecurity conferences.

    Oversee event strategy, planning, booth experience, pre-event campaigns, and post-event follow-up.

    Track event ROI, deliver dashboards, and optimize future participation.

  • Partner & Channel Marketing

    Collaborate with MSSPs, distributors, and VAR partners across Western markets to run co-marketing initiatives.

    Plan and execute joint webinars, workshops, field events, and account-based programs.

    Support partner enablement with tailored collateral, content, and opportunity development.

  • Sales Collaboration

    Align closely with regional sales teams for account-level programs, outbound motions, and deal acceleration.

    Deliver marketing inputs and metrics to support quarterly pipeline and revenue goals.

    Maintain dashboards for MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, Event ROI, and regional performance tracking.

  • Content & Localization

    Localize Cyble’s messaging for Western enterprise audiences.

    Support development of customer stories, landing pages, region-specific collaterals, and event kits.

    Ensure consistency with global product and brand positioning.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously refine programs for stronger ROI.

    Provide weekly insights on performance, learnings, and next steps.

    Maintain operational excellence across all regional marketing processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5–10 years of field marketing or regional demand generation experience, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven success running GTM and demand-gen programs in USA / Europe.
  • Experience with major cybersecurity events and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity buyer personas: CISOs, SOC leaders, IT Directors, Risk & Compliance heads.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or equivalents.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, global, cross-functional environments.
  • High proficiency in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
