Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the Corporate Sector through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals via our partnerships with multiple UAE freezones.
  • Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand your professional network.
  • Conduct thorough research and plan customer acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to increase penetration across multiple solutions.
  • Collaborate with specialized business teams including Trade Credit, Cyber, Financial, and Professional Services.
  • Create, negotiate, and close sales proposals covering our full suite of products.
  • Assist in preparing due diligence reports and presentations in response to client requests.
  • Deliver presentations and provide guidance to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Consistently strive to exceed sales performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate client interaction records in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in Medical and Non-Medical Insurance Products.

What You Need to Have:

  • Proven B2B sales experience within the Insurance Industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for building and closing relationships.
  • Energetic, positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
