We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager based in Singapore or Australia with deep experience in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS, focused on driving demand generation and strengthening market presence across APAC and META regions. This role will spearhead regional GTM initiatives, events, partner programs, and sales enablement to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, Channel Partners, and Regional Leadership to execute localized, high-impact marketing motions catering to diverse markets such as India, ASEAN, ANZ, Middle East, and Africa.
What You'll Do At CYBLE:
Regional GTM & Demand Generation
Plan and execute field marketing programs tailored for APAC (India, ASEAN, ANZ) and META (Middle East, Turkey, Africa).
Run localized ABM campaigns, vertical-specific programs, and persona-based initiatives to support regional pipeline goals.
Drive integrated digital + field campaigns including webinars, roadshows, virtual events, and localized outreach.
Events & Experiential Marketing
Lead Cyble’s presence at regional cybersecurity events such as GISEC Dubai, GovWare Singapore, CyberSec Asia, regional FS-ISAC events, and local partner conferences.
Manage end-to-end event strategy: conceptualization, logistics, booth execution, pre-event campaigns, onsite operations, and post-event follow-up.
Track and report event ROI with clear insights to optimize future investments.
Partner & Channel Marketing
Co-create marketing programs with MSSPs, distributors, resellers, and technology partners across APAC and META.
Execute joint activities including webinars, workshops, regional roundtables, CISO meets, and co-branded digital campaigns.
Strengthen partner enablement with region-specific content, playbooks, and sales tools.
Sales Collaboration
Partner with regional sales teams to support opportunities, accelerate deal cycles, and penetrate target accounts.
Develop targeted marketing motions for strategic accounts and industry verticals such as BFSI, Government, Telco, Energy, and Large Enterprises.
Maintain regional dashboards for MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, and Event ROI.
Content & Localization
Adapt Cyble’s messaging to the cultural and market nuances across APAC and META.
Support region-specific customer success stories, landing pages, case studies, and event kits.
Ensure alignment with global positioning while tailoring for regional relevance.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance of all regional programs and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Deliver weekly reporting on campaign effectiveness, pipeline influence, and event outcomes.
Maintain consistency and operational excellence in all regional field marketing initiatives.
