  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Marketing and Integrated Marketing colleagues to share local market insights and ensure effective execution of integrated campaigns
  • Track and analyze performance on deals, pipeline, and MRR generated through field marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Native Japanese speaker with business-level English proficiency and excellent communication skills in both languages
  • 3~5 years of B2B marketing experience with proven track record in hands-on event execution and field marketing, ideally within SaaS environments, with demonstrated ability to set event strategy and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
  • Strong relationship-building skills with BDR and Sales Teams, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments
  • Exceptional project management and logistics coordination abilities for managing multiple simultaneous events with strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, catering coordination, and on-site event management
  • Comfortable being on-site at events in Tokyo, Osaka, or other cities, managing real-time adjustments, and ensuring flawless attendee experiences
  • Experience building speaker programs, recruiting executive speakers, and coordinating customer testimonials and panels
  • Self-starter with proven ability to independently manage end-to-end event production including vendor relationships, venue negotiations and on-site execution in the Japanese market
  • Data-oriented with ability to track event performance, pipeline attribution, and optimize programs based on measurable results

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • Planning and executing in-person and virtual events from venue selection and vendor negotiations to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up
  • Collaborating within the Marketing Team, as well as BDR and Sales Leaders, on event strategy, target account selection, invitation lists, and team engagement
  • Managing speaker recruitment, rehearsals, and customer panel coordination for high-quality program delivery
  • Coordinating with vendors, venues to ensure smooth event execution and exceptional attendee experiences
  • Conducting post-event debriefs with BDR and Sales Teams and analyzing attendee feedback to continuously improve event quality
